In this class, you will review or learn how to reserve a hotel room and ask for services in a hotel; discover the different places where you can stay while visiting France; and how to use a French guidebook to find a hotel.
You will be able to compare people or things (the comparative); express who or what is the best (the superlative); indicate what belongs to you and what belongs to other people (possessive pronoun “le mien”); point out specific people or things and ask questions about them; use the interrogative pronoun “lequel” and demonstrative pronoun “celui”.
You will read about Victor Hugo and “les Misérables”; read a story “Une étrange aventure”; and read about French history and people from 1870 to present.
