Welcome to the Edito method! Learn French in a lively and humoristic way. Each of the twelve units focuses on a practical theme (introducing oneself / asking and giving directions / grocery shopping and ordering food in a restaurant / shopping for clothes / describing family / describing home / going on vacation / going to the doctor / field of studies and employment / country living / and language learning experience.
Grammar, vocabulary and cultural facts are clearly presented in each unit. CD and video segments offer reinforcement, practice exercises, and a glimpse into the francophone world.
Students are encouraged to develop their speaking skills by participating in oral drills during class instruction. Once the unit material is learnt, they are able to practice more independently with their classmates in a practical scenario suggested by the instructor.
