Come join us to learn how to cook the French way at Sur la Table in Canton Connecticut.

The cooking class will be held at 4 PM on December 4^th and we will get to eat what we prepare, so plan to be there until about 6:30 PM.   Here is the mouth-watering line-up:

Thyme-Roasted Chicken with Buttered Leeks and Bacon
Pommes Aligot
Salade verte
Espresso Chocolate Mousse with Whipped Cream

For members of the Alliance Française: $80 / Non-members $85

BYOB wine or beer.

First come first served as the class is limited.  Cut-off date to reserve your spot is Monday, December 2 (note – right after Thanksgiving)
