The cost is $85.00 for AF members/$90.00 for non-members to be paid online by October 5, 2023 to the Alliance Française de Hartford. The chefs are from Fire by Forge on Broad Street in Hartford. There is a limit to 12 people, so reserve early. The following is the proposed menu by the Chefs:

Bouillabaisse – classic French fish stew with clams, mussels, shrimp, roasted tomatoes, fennel, crusty bread and rouille

Chicken fricassée – seared and lightly braised chicken breast in a creamy white wine sauce with mushrooms and fresh herbs

Ratatouille – French Provençal dish of slow roasted and stewed vegetables

Crème brûlée – a rich chilled custard topped with sugar, caramelized with a torch.
