The Conference Center is in the upper parking lot. The Center is the building adjacent to Capewell Lofts. (a low building with a handicap ramp). Please enter through the green door on the right.

 This session will focus on a few French pastries whose names have a meaning in the French language. Each meeting will include samples of the pastries whose stories we tell.

French dessert wine will also be provided.

One glutten free pastry will be served at each event. Please email Linda at dirafh@gmail.com if you need the gluten free option.

PRESENTER:  ZVI TOPOL

Zvi holds a graduate degree in Statistics from Columbia University and has had a career in data science and analytics across multiple verticals, including marketing, media and entertainment and culinary. He has also been involved with the Alliance  Française de Hartford as a board member.
